Description of Service

Our Journal Recommendation service is designed to help researchers identify the most appropriate venues for their manuscript. Based on the information you provide, our academic experts will cross-reference your research scope with established databases to curate a customized list of recommended journals indexed in Scopus and/or Web of Science (WoS).

Information Required from the Author

To provide accurate and highly relevant recommendations, we require the following from you at the time of order:

• The final, confirmed Title and Abstract of your manuscript.
• A list of 4-6 primary Keywords.
• (Optional but recommended) Any specific publishing goals, such as preference for Open Access (OA) vs. Subscription models, desired Impact Factor range, or urgency of publication.

Note: The quality of our recommendations is directly dependent on the accuracy and detail of the abstract and keywords provided.

No Guarantee of Acceptance or Peer Review

Please read this section carefully:

• Independent Editorial Decisions:Outreach Services provides recommendations based on scope-matching and historical publishing trends. However, we have no influence over the editorial boards of the recommended journals.
• No Guarantees:Purchasing this service does not guarantee that your manuscript will be sent out for peer review or accepted for publication by any of the recommended journals.
• The final decision to accept or reject a manuscript is made solely by the journal’s Editor-in-Chief based on the scientific merit, novelty, and execution of the research.

Indexing Status (Scopus and Web of Science)

We prioritize journals with recognized indexing to protect authors from predatory publishing practices.

• Current Status Verification:We guarantee that the journals recommended to you are actively indexed in Scopus and/or Web of Science at the exact time the recommendation report is generated and delivered to you.
• Dynamic Databases:Indexing databases (like Clarivate Analytics and Elsevier Scopus) continuously evaluate journals. Journals can be dropped, delisted, or have their indexing suspended without prior public notice.
• Limitation of Liability on Indexing:Outreach Services shall not be held liable if a recommended journal loses its indexing status in Scopus or WoS after our report has been delivered, or during the time your manuscript is undergoing peer review at that journal.

Scope of Work

This service is strictly advisory. The standard fee (₹499) covers the research and delivery of the journal recommendation list.

• Not a Submission Service:This service does not include formatting the manuscript for the recommended journals, writing the cover letter, or performing the actual submission process. (These facilities are available as separate Outreach Services).
• Pre-submission Inquiries:We do not communicate with journal editors on your behalf to perform pre-submission inquiries.

Limitation of Liability

The recommendations provided by Dr. Arup Giri and Outreach Services are strictly for your professional guidance.

• We are not responsible for any wasted time, publication delays, or lost article processing charges (APCs) resulting from your decision to submit to one of the recommended journals.
• In no event shall Outreach Services’ total liability for any claims arising from this service exceed the total amount paid by the user for the Journal Recommendation order.

Modifications to Terms

Dr. Arup Giri reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to arupgiri.com. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
