1. Description of Service

Outreach Services provides professional mathematical and statistical evaluation of academic datasets. Users select specific statistical tests (including but not limited to Descriptive Analysis, t-tests, ANOVA, Correlation/Regression, PCA, and Cluster Analysis) and provide their raw data via Microsoft Excel. The deliverable includes all analysis-related software output files and the final formatted tables of the analysis.

2. Data Integrity and Scope of Work

Maintaining academic integrity is the foundation of our service.

• “As-Is” Analysis: We process and analyze the dataset exactly as it is provided by the user. Under no circumstances will our statisticians manipulate, fabricate, “p-hack,” or alter raw data to achieve statistical significance (e.g., forcing a p-value < 0.05) or desired research outcomes.
• Data Preparation: The user is responsible for ensuring the submitted Excel dataset is clean, organized, and accurately labeled. Unless explicitly requested and quoted as a custom data-cleaning service, we do not clean unstructured data or independently resolve missing variables.
• Scope of Testing: The service and flat-rate pricing (₹299/- per test) are strictly limited to the specific statistical tests selected during the checkout process.

3. Accuracy, Limitations, and Interpretation

Users must acknowledge the collaborative nature of statistical methodology:

• Test Selection Responsibility: While our experts can suggest appropriate statistical tests based on your research design, the ultimate responsibility for methodological validity and test selection rests with the user, their institutional supervisors, or their target journal.
• Interpretation Boundaries: We provide the accurate mathematical computation of your data, standard significance metrics, and cleanly formatted result tables. We do not write the extensive qualitative “Results and Discussion” text for your manuscript; we provide the precise analytical foundation for you to do so.

4. Limitation of Liability

The statistical reports and tables provided by Dr. Arup Giri are strictly for your academic, editorial, and research support purposes.

• No Academic Guarantee: Arup Giri and Outreach Services shall not be held liable for any academic, professional, or financial consequences arising from the use of these statistical results. We do not guarantee manuscript acceptance, thesis approval, or immunity from peer-reviewer critique.
• Third-Party Actions: We are completely indemnified against actions taken by third parties—such as manuscript rejections by journal editors or methodological challenges by university committees—based on the statistical outputs provided.
• Maximum Liability: In no event shall Outreach Services’ total liability for any damages, errors, or omissions exceed the fee paid by the user for the specific Statistical Analysis order in question.

5. Data Privacy and Confidentiality

Protecting your unpublished proprietary research data is our highest priority.

• Strict Confidentiality: Your datasets, research questions, and resulting analysis will never be shared, sold, published, or distributed to any third party.
• Data Deletion: Your raw Excel files and the resulting analysis outputs are stored on our secure systems only temporarily for processing, delivery, and a brief revision window. They are permanently deleted from our active servers shortly after your order is successfully fulfilled and closed.

6. User Responsibilities

By submitting a dataset for statistical analysis, you represent that:

• You are the rightful owner of the data or have explicit ethical permission (including Institutional Review Board/Ethics Committee approval, if applicable) to process and analyze the submitted information.
• You have accurately and explicitly named the dependent and independent variables, and provided a clear research question in the upload portal to ensure the correct execution of the selected tests.

7. Modifications to Terms

Dr. Arup Giri reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect updates in statistical software, service capabilities, or legal requirements. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to arupgiri.com or arupgiri.youngtimes.in. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
