About Me
Dr. Arup Giri, M.Sc., Ph.D. is an Associate Professor in the Department of Life Sciences (Zoology) at Baba Mastnath University, India.
He completed his M.Sc. in Zoology from Maulana Azad College, University of Calcutta, and pursued his doctoral research at the Defence Institute of High Altitude Research (DIHAR), DRDO, Leh, Ladakh. He earned his Ph.D. in Life Sciences from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. He later advanced his research career as an ICMR-SRF Postdoctoral Fellow at DIHAR, Chandigarh.
Before joining Baba Mastnath University, Dr. Giri also served as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Life Science at Arni University, Himachal Pradesh.
